in the Vegas area is it best to use Humidipaks for the neck and outside of body along with D'Addario's guitar humidifier?

Hi Fingerboard, I like to suggest a sponge system either the Music Nomad ( my fav) or the Daddario and then a pack-like system for behind the headstock on the sides of the guitar while in the case. The humidipacks are fun but get expensive as they do not last that long unless you get the refillable kind. Take a ziplock and poke a few holes in it and then take a kitchen sponge and wet it in distilled water and ring it out so it is not dripping and place it in the bag to then add it to your guitar case and close her up !! Please do check it each day and re-wet the sponges as necessary. Best Teresa  |
